Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Keystone Athletics & Iron LLC ("we", "us") for your use of FuelKey's website and apps. By creating an account or using FuelKey, you agree to them.
1. Not medical advice
FuelKey calculates estimates from what you tell it and records what you log. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor or dietitian. Estimates can be off for any individual. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication affecting appetite or metabolism, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a qualified professional before following any plan. You use FuelKey at your own discretion.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use FuelKey.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the full app. One trial per person.
- After the trial, continued use requires a subscription: Monthly ($9.99/month) or Annual ($59.99/year), plus any applicable tax. There is no free plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If you subscribe during your trial, billing starts when the trial ends.
- Cancel any time: on the web through Manage billing in your account, or in the App Store / Google Play if you subscribed there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Your price is locked in. While your subscription stays active, its price never goes up, even if we raise prices for new subscribers. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the price at that time applies.
4. Founder
- Founder is a one-time purchase of $300, available on our website in limited, numbered quantities.
- It includes access to FuelKey for as long as we operate it, with no subscription required, early access to beta features, and a direct feedback channel. It is digital only; no physical goods are included or shipped.
5. Refunds
Web subscriptions and Founder purchases can be refunded within 14 days of the charge if you email support@keystoneathleticsandiron.com. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded through those stores under their policies. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
6. Your content
What you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide FuelKey to you. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse FuelKey: no attempting to break into accounts or systems, reverse engineering, reselling access, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Changes and availability
We're improving FuelKey constantly and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability
FuelKey is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using FuelKey and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
